Little Nest

Landing Page and Brand Voice Development

The situation

Little Nest was a start-up boutique letting agency. The founder needed a landing page to generate enquiries from local landlords.

Little Nest had no website, marketing copy or established tone of voice, so we were starting from a blank page.

The founder wanted the brand to feel trustworthy, professional and friendly.

The solution

Little Nest was brand new in the local market. So, the copy needed to reassure landlords they would be in safe hands while also reflecting the warmth and personal touches the agency would differentiate themselves with. I focused on:

  • Benefit-led messaging rather than generic letting agency language

  • A conversational tone that didn’t eek too far into ‘chatty’.

  • Anticipating common concerns and addressing them directly
